TPB - Tecnologia em Pavimentos marked its 30th anniversary during the traditional Christmas party of the TPB Group, which this year brought together more than two hundred employees in Fátima.

Tribute to employees, lunch and a team building action, which allowed to reinforce fundamental day-to-day skills in the Grupo TPB such as team spirit, motivation, time management skills, leadership, among others, were part of the party program, with a lot  of animation and good mood.

TPB was founded in 1989 by Jaime Dias da Silva, a pioneer in the flooring sector in Portugal, TPB is at the origin of the Grupo TPB - currently the market leader in the Iberian Peninsula in the area of ​​concrete floors, and is booming into new European markets and in North Africa.
